Links to local site download

Hi,
I am new to Spring IDE and I am trying to install Spring IDE 1.3.6 from updatesite http://springide.org/updatesite_1.x and using Callisto discovery site to download dependencies. But unfortunately my firewall doesn't allow me to download that much data online through eclipse.

But what i can do is download my required files via another download manager and then use them offline.

So what require now is a set of local sites to download and links to these local sites. Since am new to Spring IDE and using the remote update site seems the only way to install it , am kind of stuck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
