    Default <form:label> Tag

    What does the <form:label> tag do exactly? I mean how does it work? Does it allow you to bind text to a form backing object? if so can someone show me an example of how this is done.

    Check the showcases shipped with Spring they give a quite clear example imho. You also might want to check the <LABEL> tag in the HTML spec and what it is used for.
