Default Config files unavailable in build 9

Since http://springide.org/bamboo/browse/IDE-NIGHTLY-9 all my config files are missing from the Beans Explorer view and I cannot add them back in either (I go through the process to add them in, click OK, and they are not added in).

Lightbulb Plugin "org.springframework_2.0.3.jar" has to be updated manually :(

Juergen is shaping for us Spring 2.0.3's tooling API (for details please refer to the following Spring JIRA tickets: SPR-2998, SPR-3182, SPR-3215, SPR-3216).

So until Spring 2.0.3 isn't final we're updating the spring.jar in the OSGi bundle with the Spring framework (http://springide.org/updatesite_nigh...work_2.0.3.jar) with the latest CVS head version on a regular basis. If one is using the nightly builds then this plugin has to be locally deleted before updating to the latest nightly build.

Spring 2.0.3 was released today (http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...age_id=173644). So we will update the spring.jar within the plugin org.springframework_2.0.3.jar a last time tonight.
