    Is it possible to follow referrals using LdapTemplate or by extending it?

    Currently there is no way of following referrals in Spring LDAP if the server does not do it automatically for you (which is unfortunately the case for some servers, especially Active Directory). We have a Jira issue for this and it is scheduled for implementation for version 1.2.
