springframework..where is the editor to write the code

Hi everybody,

i am doing a project on JOONE distributed training environment and in that manual they referred to the springframework to write a XML file but any one can help where to write a XML code .. i mean where is the editor to write the code. can anybody help me give a detail example ...a simple one...pls........

springframework != spring-richclient (so you're on the wrong subforum)
XML code can be writen in Eclipse.org, netbeans.org, intellij.com, jedit, notepad, kate, ultraedit, vi, ...
