New to Spring (need some help)

Hai to all

I am new to Spring Framework .

Can anybody explain me with a step by step procedure to create a Spring

Application in MyEclipse 4.1 editor.(Using mysql database server and

Tomcat 5.0 as Web server).

Please help me,
