SpringIDE site down?

I just finished setting up a basic side on our new server hardware. Currently DNS hasn't been updated to point to the new ip. So here is a direct link to the new server: http://213.239.199.172/updatesite/

I can't seem to access the downloads either manually or through the update manager.

I'm getting a forbidden access for url: http://springide.org/updatesite/spri...site_1.3.2.zip

I'm I missing something?
