New to Spring with IBM Websphere IDE

hi,
I have installed the plugin to Websphere Application Developer Studio (WSAD) and confused on how to proceed from there.

Some concerns I have are:

Do I start a new "Dynamic web project'? Who will make the Spring directory structure ? Who will include the spring.jar files needed?

I think I might be missing some steps.
Help be much appreciated.
