    Default Spring IDE - Local Install Failure

    Ok, downloaded the 1.2.5 zip to my Suse Linux 10 box with Eclipse 3.1.2. Installing the plugin from the local path source. Runs for a bit then I get an error during the install that says Unable to complete action for feature Spring IDE due to errors....checked errors in the dialog and its saying its missing an about.html file. any ideas?

    Default followup

    evidently i had to create all the directories the plugin needed manually.

    Question

    Did you use Eclipse's update manager to install the archive (via "New Archived Site...")?

    What do you mean by "directories the plugin needed"? Spring IDE doesn't need any directories.
