    Default JMXClient using SOAP

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if anyone had any luck using the MBeanServerConnectionFactoryBean class to connect to a remote JMX server. I'd be particularly interested in finding out whether you can connect using SOAP with this class.

    I had a look through the latest 2.0 distribution for some samples, but I couldnt find any.

    If someone could point me in the direction of some resources, I'd really appreciate it.

    PS. Do you know whether I would have to use different MBeanServerConnections for connecting to a Websphere 5, 6, and 6.1 servers?

    Looks like SOAP is not part of the JMX specification:
