Florida Grails Jobs - Looking to connect with UGs

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm currently struggling to reach out to Grails developers who may be willing to take a look at Permanent Full-time job opportunities. I currently have several permanent Java and Grails Developer positions available in the Orlando or Tampa Bay, FL area. If anyone could point me to a usergroup or a good resource, I would appreciate it.
