Thread: New version of spring-javadoc.css coming?

  1. #1

Question New version of spring-javadoc.css coming?

I noticed that between 3.1.x (http://static.springsource.org/sprin...x/javadoc-api/) and 3.2.x (http://static.springsource.org/sprin...x/javadoc-api/) the style of the JavaDoc changed. The new JavaDoc format means that 3.2.x JavaDoc is being built on JDK7 now, instead of JDK6 like 3.1.x.

I've always thought SF's spring-javadoc.css was much more pleasing than the stock CSS that came with JavaDoc 6, and I used it personally on my own projects because of that. I may be alone in this, but as much as I do like the new JavaDoc 7 style, I still like the spring-javadoc.css better.

Is Spring going to stick with the new JavaDoc 7 style? Or is there an effort by someone to update the spring-javadoc.css stylesheet so that it works with JavaDoc 7?

We're sticking with the stock JDK 7 style.

    Well, shucks. :-)

Do you (or does anyone else) know of a place to get pre-made JavaDoc stylesheets?
