I've inherited an app that uses Spring, Hibernate and Maven and I'm trying to wrap my arms around it.

I've gon thru some tutorials, but I'm stumped coming out of the gate. I expect the application to have hibernate mapping files (ex Employee.hbm.xml), but I seen none of these. I have to think they exist in some form, but have had no joy identifying how the mapping is defined.

Any input/direction would be greatly appreciated.
