Batch AD Owners+Groups

Hello,
I started to use Batch 2 days ago and now I have to make a file that is able to
-> a txt.file with informations of the Active Directory like that:

"Owner X.Y.

of Groups:
1. ABC
--> with the members:
- Name 1
- Name 2
- ...etc.

2. DFE
--> with the members:
- Name 1
- Name 2
- ...etc.

3. ... etc.

--> with the members:
- Name 1
- Name 2
- ...etc."

It shall be possible to have a file with the owner, assigned groups and their members. (the owner is mentioned in the column "descriptions")

Can somebody help me please ?
I have nearly no knowledge about Batch and dont know what to do if I am honest.

I just know I have to use "dsget group -desc" for it...
