Guidance on learing Spring Framework 3.1 new modules(WebServices,WebFlow etc)

Hi,

Already I had experience on Spring 2.5 version and have done 2 realtime projects also in that version. I want to learn latest verion of Spring which supports webservices on my personal computer which does not have any softwares related to Spring.

Could you please suggest me what are the softwares required to do practice on WebServices using Spring Framework?

There you can find links to documentation, tutorials, etc.

There are also tutorials on YouTube for building RESTful web services with Spring, for example this one:
