Having found a possible solution to XSS attack through Multipart data (Please refer this thread), I need guidance to post code change in github.

The change I need to post would require code-modification in spring-web-3.1.0.RELEASE.jar.

Could someone please guide me through step-by-step submission, pointing out the exact repository(branch) to target for a 'fork and pull' model?
