    Default Spatial database support (f.e. Postgis)

    Hi together, is there any spatial database support in spring-data or is this kind of feature somewhere on the roadmap? As we already stick to spring-data I do not want to switch to native implementation of postgis nor want to add hibernate again.

    No, there is currently no spatial support. I think that is something we should look into. Could you open a JIRA issue here: https://jira.springsource.org/browse/DATAJDBC
