Spring for Apache Hadoop 1.0.0.RC1 Not Available on Maven Central

Or at least I can't find it. Is there another repository where this build is located? I'd rather not have to manage it myself if I can avoid it.

Like the rest of the Spring projects, the milestones/RC are published only in the springsource repo - stable/GA releases are synch'ed to Maven Central as well.
