    Default Cloning with JGIT but shell doesn't update

    My addon is using JGIT to pull from a repository inside roo. When it does I get a Module cannot be found because roo doesnt see the files yet?

    All the files are there and compile fine, but I have to restart roo to get it to see them. Any help on figuring out what I can do to solve this?
