Update of Spring Batch Framework

Hi all,
I have performed few changes in spring batch framework for supporting the TIIMES TEN Data base.
Can any one tell me where should I send/post these changes so that the same can be available from here-on in the future releases of the Spring Batch framework?

NOTE: I have performed only the core Code changes but didnt generate any Unit Testcases.
