I'm from Egypt and after a lot of searching I couldn't find any local Spring User Group here. If there are any groups near me I need to know how to find it. I know that this question has been asked before

that should help me finding SUGs but unfortunately all these are not working. Also I need to know how to start a SUG if there is no one here.
