Default Building a Roo-Project with Jenkins

I'm doing some experiments with Roo. Now I want to build my project with jenkins. As the aj-Files are generated not coded I dont checkin them to SVN. As mentioned Jenkins builds with a lot of compilation errors.

How can I teach my build-job to create aj-Files? Is it something Jenkins has to learn, or is it something maven has to learn?

We do some Roo/gvNIX automatic tests with Hudson/Jenkins.
I think commit AJ files is not a problem, although there are auto generated.
If not, you can install Roo in Hudson/Jenkins and open shell into your project before compile.
