there is no applications in the tab Browse Resources

when I install a spring insight developer on a remote server,the ip addres of server is 192.168.123.73 ,
the install commond is like below

prompt$ ./tcruntime-instance.sh create admintools3 -t insight
prompt$ ./tcruntime-ctl.sh admintools3 start


when i visit the address 192.168.123.73:8080/insight there is no applications in the tab Browse Resources
and also no data in Recent Activity. only the Adminitration has data.

what's wrong with the my configuration.

I am from chinese. I speaking English bad. if you know what i mean.
