STS 3.0.0 Export to WAR exports source

Hello,
we are experiencing a problem after installing STS 3.0.0: if we export to WAR our dynamic web project, the WAR file contains also the source java files even if "Export source files" is not checked in the "WAR Export" window.
We even tried to switch to a blank workspace and create a simple dynamic web project with just one class but the problem remained.

Since we haven't changed anything in this area (and we usually don't implement this on our own anyway), it would be great to know if this change happens on pure Eclipse JEE as well? Can you give that a try? Just to see where that change in the behavior comes from...

Hi Martin!
I downloaded Eclipse JEE (latest version) and I confirm that the problem is present also in Eclipse JEE... and I just found the bug in Eclipse Bugzilla:
