Can no longer dock perspectives on the left - or is it me?

I just updated to STS 3.0.0 (Windows 7), and had to set up my perspectives again for the new installation. I always dock my perspectives toolbar on the left of the screen, but this feature seems to have been removed. Am I right? I can't drag it, and there is no "unlock toolbars" option if I right-click anywhere.

Am I missing something?

I think this is a bug in the Eclipse 4.2 platform implementation that we are using in STS 3.0.0. I guess this will be fixed for Eclipse Juno SR1, which will be the foundation for STS 3.1.0.

As a workaround, you could also download STS 3.0.0 based on Eclipse 3.7.2, as described here:
