Remove Hibernate Grails 2.1

Hello.

I'm new with grails. I want use grails just to do the visual part of a web system. The persistence is in one EJB on my AS ...

So i want to remove the persistence from grails. I try uninstall the hibernate plugin form IDE and from Command Line, but the plugin always come back.

What i need to remove ??
