Multiple model attributes in one jsp page

I have form with 3 sets of rows from 3 different tables which are related with PK and FK.

When I use form:input tag with path attribute, only one set of rows are populated other two are ignored and gives an error saying "neither binding result nor plain target object is not available".

is there a way to access three models in one jsp (single form) or any other solution to access all the fields and also to save back to database.
