Spring-Js + Dojo 1.8 support?

Hello developers,

When can we expect to see a spring-js compatible with the newest dojo framework 1.8?

Currently the included dojo version is still 1.5.

I have the same concern right now... I tried to upgrade the dojo distribution inside the org.springframework.js.resources-2.3.1.RELEASE.jar jar file but is not working 100%. I have to spend time debugging why.... If anyone has gone thru this, please share...Thanks!
