"Run as" menu item for app servers disappeared

I have a strange issue where I have lost the menu option for deploying to a vFabric server instance within STS (3.0.0.M3). I can view the configuration for the server, but when I try to deploy to the server from the "Run as" menu of the project the Servers menu item has disappeared. I am not really sure why or at what point the option disappeared, but I am not sure how to get it back even though I still see the configuration for it, and I can start and stop the server within STS still.

This seems like it should be a stupidly simple fix, but haven't found where yet.

Solved by going back to Intellij IDEA.
