I was using grails in Spring STS pretty nicely there for a bit. Then I had a power outage, and after restarting my system I see two equally troublesome problems:

1) Breakpoints are not hitting in debug mode. The breakpoints are blue circles, with no checkmark.

2) There is no logging output.

Both of these were working before. Its possible this is the result of some change I made just before the outage, but I'm not sure where that change is.
