Server 425 Cant open data connection while using SPRING FTP

Hi,
I am using Spring integration ftp to copy my files to an FTP location.
My code works fine for a particular FTP.
Just changed my FTP configurations i.e FTP location, it started giving me the server 425 cant open data connection error.

I could see a file.txt.writing file in the specified folder location.

What could be the error?
Where could be the problem, on my server or my FTP machine.
The code is tested and works fine.

Please help.
