Spring Batch Spring Batch Admin or JMX

Hi , I am trying to find out what is the best way to monitor the spring batch.we are going to use standard enterprise scheduler , this is just going to be detail Job Execution History monitor for operation team .

My assumption is Spring batch admin its much easier to use ? but has anyone come across any pros or cons for using spring batch admin over JMX ( Jconsole ) for monitoring batch jobs ?

What kind of standard enterprise scheduler? UC4? Quartz? Cron?

We plan to use UC4 and invoke our jobs on the command line. But I enjoy using Quartz.
