Beginner for Spring-ws

Hello all,

I am trying to figure out how Spring WS works and how I am suppose to set up in my machine. Can anyone explain step by step way to configure in my machine. I am having JDK 1.5 and Tomcat 6.

Objective - I have to consume a web service and I have wsdl with me. I have to first create beans and then take this ahead. Please help !!

Hi,

Download appropriate Spring war and then we need to set up lot many xml configuration stuff and make use of WebserviceTemplate to move further. Looking at all this hastle I have planned to switch to JAX-WS, it really makes life easier as what I have seen in examples. Next week I will be working on JAX-WS and finish that off.

Spring is of course good but somehow not may cup of tea I guess
