Can't get STS installed on 32 bit Windows 7

I can't use the installer for installation at work since the network blocks all .exe files. When I extract the zip file, a message panel pops up and shows a large number of errors. Where I can get meaningful information on those errors and/or get it installed?

Hey!

It sounds like your firewall/proxy is not only blocking all .exe files, but also trashing ZIP files (I've seen that before with company firewalls ans virus scanners). I would recommend to ask someone within your company how to get this file downloaded (ZIP or .exe) without having it being blocked or trashed. Usually the network admins can do that for you manually somehow.
