    How can we upload and execute MySQL scripts for Spring app on Cloud Foundry server ?

    Firstly please check to see whether any firewall in running in the node where you want to execute mysql.

    This isn't possible right now unless you have a web application deployed that can execute SQL scripts. This situation is likely to change in the future though, so I recommend keeping an eye on Cloud Foundry announcements.
