Spring Webflow LockTimeoutException

I am getting a nested exception is org.springframework.webflow.conversation.impl.Lock TimeoutException: Unable to acquire conversation lock after 30 seconds

I have seen a couple of issues which are still open in JIRA:

I just wanted to check if anyone had found any solution or workaround.

Hello

If you read the JIRA it affects to SWF 2.0.5
Right now we have available Spring Web Flow 2.3.0

Therefore I suggest you do an upgrade

I am using SWF 2.3.0, and i am getting this sometimes. I was not able to find a way to increase the LockTimeOut. Please suggest.
