How to coding with time in roo?

I have little project about salary management and i hav some problem about "How to reset salary(or set some field) to default value when end month" how to coding with time? And how to set field to all object (e.g. Object:Student field:grade how to set all grade to student1 student2 student3 by set only 1 time)
