spring roo addon third party dependcies

Hi,
I setup a spring mvc project with roo.
So now my project contains spring mvc with tiles and i added jquery.

Since AFAIK it's desired that as much JavaScript code as possible is located at the end of the page, i wanted to know if there are any mechanisms by spring mvc or tiles that allow that or is there any other best practice to achieve that?
