1) Possibility to specify location of template directory when you are using custom template with "-t".
It will help if Spring tc Server installation directory has no write permissions for user which is creating instances.

2) Possibility to specify several custom templates to apply in particular order.
It is helpful if you have some small differences in configuration of instances, though large part of your custom configuration is similar.
