Not able to view wsdl

Hi Guys,
Finally i was able to run the project. In docs its given that after 1st request is hit it creates WSDL based on xsd.

I am facing 2 errors :
1. I am running in debug mode. When i put my url in browser my end point dosent gets it
2. I am not able to view my wsdl

Attachment below contains my project. Plz let me know where I am going wrong
