STS License

Hello,

I'd like to ask about the STS license (http://www.springsource.com/license/STS). We would like to use STS as main development environment for our spring apps, but we are used to some additional plugins. Can we download STS install additional plugins and share among our developers?
Can we also modify the splash screen (all springs signs stay, but i would only like to add "Powered by ..." text on it)

as long as you don't redistribute this "distribution" outside of your organization you're complying with the license.
