This is a presentation I gave about a month ago to a group of consultants. It's very high-level and focuses on explaining the design principles behind Spring (IoC, SoC, AOP), and the key benefits it brings to Java/J2EE development.
Compared to Eduardo's fine presentation (which I used as a reference) that is currently linked to the Spring website, this one is considerably shorter, and as such perhaps more suitable for a quick (1-2 hour) introductory session. Feel free to distribute it or copy and link it to the website.
