Cannot create Oracle Weblogic Server 11G in 2.7.1 or 2.8.1

I have been trying to create an Oracle Weblogic 11G server adapter. The only oracle servers shown in the add new server are the Oracle OC4J Standalone server 10.1.3 and 10.1.2.n. I tried hitting the download additional server adapters link, but the only thing that showed up was the JBoss adapter. Isn't there a server adapter available for the Oracle Weblogic 11GR1 server?

Hey Bill!

To me it seems like Oracle is providing some adapters for WebLogic as part of the WebLogic Tools that are showing up for me when I try to "download additional server adapters" link. It took a while to populate the dialog with all those information, but finally I saw that entry and was able to install it.

Maybe there is also a manual way of installing those extensions to Eclipse, directly from Oracle via the "install new software" dialog in Eclipse, but I haven't looked that up.

I found my problem. The network firewall had the update ports blocked . I took my computer home and it is able to get the servers from Oracle site - no problem
