Why no Javadoc in Maven Repository?

Why ?
It is not convenient.
How can I do ? Do I need to modify settings.xml of Maven ?

Thanks for the question. In fact we are aware of this issues. The good news, javadoc jars are on their way. We hope to deliver the java doc artifacts either with the next release, or with the one following.

And I use spring framework 3.0.x , instead of 2.0.x more.
