Can't build spring batch admin - Error resolving com.springsource.bundlor

I downloaded the source for Spring Batch Admin and when I run maven to build it, I get:

Error resolving version for plugin 'com.springsource.bundlor:com.springsource.bundlor .maven' from the repositories [local (C:\Users\dalanagh\.m2\repository), snapshots-codehaus (http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org), central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2), spring-ebr (http://repository.springsource.com/m...les/release)]: Plugin not found in any plugin repository -> [Help 1]

Can anyone provide a clear description of why this fails to resolve and what needs to be done to fix this?

This particular problem turned out to be that I am behind a proxy which prevented me from accessing the site. :-(
