newbie help

Hello;

I have created a entity which works great with all crud screens. i am trying to use that entity in a new web flow to create a drop down list and then call a new service to do some work. Any help or example to show me how to get the list of objects and then call a new service. I am a bit new to spring so i am learning a few things at the same time. any help is much appreciated.
