Question Input Form shows X in a box above the Field

I am using STS 2.7.2 with Roo 1.1.5 and Java 6

I have generated several applications with Roo and not seen this before.

The input forms for both entities shows a box below the prompt and above the input field with an X on the left side.

What is it? How do I get rid of it? Screen Shot: ScreenHunter_01 Sep. 18 09.50.jpg

Which UI scaffolding have you chosen MVC or GWT?

Ok thanks for the info. I was asking because the screen shot you attached looks nothing like the scaffolded MVC UI. It appears that not all resources are loaded properly. Can you zip up your project (backup command) and attach it here?

    Talking Sample

I suspected something was missing. I have created multiple applications before without this artifact showing.

I created an example and run as on server, here is the screen shot and see attached for the export.(I had to remove the .class files and images to get the zip small enough to attach)
