Does Spring Roo provide a visual diagram of all its entities/relationships

After we use the command line to add entities, define relationships and generate code, is there a way for us in Spring Roo to get a graphical presentation of all the entities we have defined ? SpringRoo generated a file that can be viewed in an IDE ?

It would be easier to hand off to someone who is new to the project and easier to maintain too if there was some way for Roo to provide an easy way to look at all these entities/relationships.
