    Well,i have 100 millions or even more datalist in my system.i want to use ss3 acl to permit or deny user query these data.

    can i?

    I can say that there are those that use ACL model in production and it is intended to be used in production environments. However, I don't think anyone can say definitively that ACL model will work in your system. This is something you will need to evaluate on your own.
