HttpSession little Example

have anyone a small example on how to use HttpSession with Spring Web MVC for me? (or web address or something like that)

thank you,

ok with this i will be able to get Session data into a form or controller and set data into the session, and only with the standard controller methoths witch handle Requests. is it right ?

i will test the next days and hope it solved my Problems and is the answer of many questions.
